My prayers, hugs, and besos, go out to the Moreno family. I will always remember Tio, he was my Tio, primo, part time dad, and best friend who always had my back. Tio Alfredo and Tia Georgia opened their home to me when I first attended DeVry U. It was very scary first time being away from home, but Tio and family made me feel right at home. I will be forever grateful to him for all that he helped me with. He also would call my mom (Micha) every Sunday like clock work, 6am, after his walk. After my mom passed he would call me and at the end of our conversation, he would like to end with this saying  ";LA VIDA LOCA"........."AAAAAAAAAMEN". He will always be in my heart and prayers,  Love for the Moreno family, from Cali, THE OAKTOWN PRIMO, MARK "AAAMEN"

It is our prayer that God will comfort the Moreno family and friends, during this difficult time. May he bless you richly as you mourn, and may the light of his presence be of continual consolation. 🙏 ✝️🕊 Rest peacefully in heaven, Tio. We love you, and you’ll be missed  immensely.

Uncle Alfred - as me and my children lovingly referred to him - was such a funny, kind and caring man.  St. Vincent de Paul Church will never be the same now that our No. 1 Usher has gone to Heaven.  His presence is certainly missed at the 9 am Mass.  It puts a smile on my face to know that Uncle Alfred is now our Lord’s No. 1 Usher.   I am praying for you Georgia as well as your entire family during this difficult time.  You were all so blessed to have had such a very special man as part of your family.
