Billy Alan Reimer

He was born July 13, 1954 in Pekin, Illinois, the son of Keith Angus and Vera Eileen Chamberlain Reimer. He married Cathy Smith in April of 1972. He later married Lori Livingston on November 19, 1983.

Billy is survived by his wife of thirty years; two daughters, Jodi Campbell of Petal , MS, and Laurie (Nathan) Hacker of Peoria; three sons, Keith (Tracey) Reimer of Glasford, Nathan Reimer of Peoria and Matthew Reimer of Denver, CO; one sister, Trudy Hill of Glasford; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, John Reimer; and one daughter, Allison.

Billy worked for G&D Integrated as a forklift driver, last working in August of 2013.

He was past member of The Glasford Optimist Club, Farmington Moose Lodge #1571, Hanna City Sportsman Club. He was very active in Timber-Hollis Fire District and Boy Scout Troop 140 in past years. Billy was a member of Salem Lutheran Church.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Glasford United Methodist Church. Visitation will be Friday evening, September 26, 2014 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woolsey Funeral Home in Glasford. Pastor Elise Rothfusz and Pastor Walter Wilkins will officiate.

Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
