Shirley M. Elliott, 90, of Kansas City, MO passed on March 8, 2017, surrounded by her family. She was born on January 2, 1927 in Creston, IA. She was a member of the Liberty United Methodist Church. She was still working at Manor Thrift and loved visiting and chatting with the many folks who shopped. Her family described her as an amazing mother and grandmother who was loved by all. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Elliott; her sister, Raydene Van Ness; her son, Jerry Enloe. Survivors include her son, Kevan (Mary) Elliott; 3 grandchildren, Travis Enloe, Brandi Elliott, and Michelle Elliott; 8 great grandchildren; 3 nephews, Phil (Barb) Smith, Gary (Maureen) Smith, and Bill (Jackie) Smith; daughter-in-law, Glennis Enloe. Visitation will be Sat. Mar. 18, 2017 from 1-2 PM at White Chapel Funeral Home with services to follow at 2 PM. Memorials are suggested to Manor Thrift Store (931 Brown St. Liberty, MO 64068).
