Sharon Louise Sherfey

She was born in Maryville, Missouri, the daughter of Harland Russell and Mary-Louise Wynette (Consolver) Giles.

Her hobbies included, camping, playing pool, line dancing, bowling and playing cards. She was so busy even her kids had to make an appointment to see her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harland and Wynette Giles; her brothers George, Mike and Larry Giles; her husband, Bernard Sherfey; her eldest son, Earl Templeton and step-son, Bryan Sherfey.

Sharon is survived by her two sons, Doug Templeton (Tonya) of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and Chris Templeton (Liz Dykes) of Kansas City, Missouri; two daughters-in-law, Becky Sherfey and Donna Templeton; two brothers-in-law, Ray Sherfey and Kenneth Sherfey (Kathy); her grandchildren, Josh and Jacob Templeton, Taylor Moore, Coleton Fogle, Felisha Brittney and Daniel Hartman; great grandchildren, Annalyssa, Khloe, Jace, Jaymeson, Ridley, Rylann, Isabelle, Kandis, and Achilles; also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A visitation for Sharon will be held on Monday July 15, 2024, at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, Missouri, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, funeral services starting at 2:00 PM, with burial to follow in the White Chapel Cemetery.
