She was born March 2, 1948, in North Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Donald and Martha Louise (Lindsey) Kinzle. Rebecca graduated from Platte City High School.
Rebecca married James Bales Jr. in April, 1970 and went on to have two sons, James and Randal.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Louise Kinzle; one sister, Peggy Welch; and her husband, James Bales Jr.
Rebecca is survived by her father, Donald Kinzle; her two sons, James (CJ), Randal (Sheree); three grandchildren (Jaedyn (Daniel), Lane, and Dawson); one brother, Richard Kinzle (Pam); one brother-in-law, Jim Welch; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Hope Fellowship Church, 8350 N. Conant Ave, Kansas City Missouri on April 27, 2024, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope Fellowship Church, where Rebecca loved to serve and give of her time.
