Kevin William Burns, 59, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away April 5, 2020.
Kevin was born March 31, 1961 in North Kansas City to William and Shirley Burns. Kevin was a unique individual that took it upon himself to develop a personal connection with everyone he met. He loved good food and good humor. He was also an Army Veteran.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley Burns; his brother, Steve Burns; and his sons, Luke and Adam Burns.
Memorial service will be scheduled at a later date due to public health concerns regarding COVID-19.....
