She was born on July 16, 1996, in Kansas City Missouri, to loving parents, Wesley and Janet Horsman. She graduated from North Kansas City High School. She dabbled in a colorful set of gigs including working at haunted houses and as a carhop. Grace settled in as a full-time mother and she wouldn't have had it any other way. She was a gentle and devoted mother who doted over her children. She will most definitely be an angel at their sides. She was passionate experiencer of life with palpable empathy, big ol' dimples, and dirty feet (As she hardly wore shoes.) You could find her with her kids and the dog at the creek. All that have met her would certainly say they are glad she "graced us" with her presence.
Grace is preceded in death by her loving family and ancestors, including Grandparents Charles and Shirley Debacler; Grandfather Theodore Allman; dog Sparky and her cats.
Grace leaves behind her parents, Wesley and Janet Horsman; Son, Jude; Daughter Holly; Big Brother, Carl "CJ" Burkitt; Big Sister, Ashley; her puppy Poe; numerous Cousins; and friends close enough to count as family.
The family would like to thank the staff at North Kansas City Hospital, as well a KCFD for their dedication and extraordinary care. The family would also like to thank First Baptist Church of Northern Heights as well as White Chapel for their services.
Thank you to anyone else who loved Grace or helped her in any way, as even the smallest help truly reflects our love for Grace, which warms our hearts in this devastating time.
Funeral Service will be held at, First Baptist Church of Northern Heights, Saturday March 18th, 2023 @ 3pm
