He graduated from North Kansas City High School. George also served four years in the United States Air Force. He was an active and dedicated member of the Living Church of God.
He is preceded in death by his parents George and Ruth R. McGraw.
George is survived by his brother Fredrick (Kay) McGraw; niece Janelle Oxley; two great-nephews Lance and Zachary; and one great-niece Chelsea.
The family would like to thank North Kansas City Hospital and Hospice for their extraordinary efforts and care.
