Daniel "Dan" W. Strom

Retried Master Sgt. Dan Strom of the U.S.A.F passed away peacefully on February 14th, 2023. Dan was born on March 26th, 1951, in Moline, IL to Marquetta and Roger Strom. Dan graduated from Moline High School in 1969. Dan also married his high school sweetheart in 1969. He went on to join the U.S.A.F in 1971 and retired in 1995. The couple welcomed their two sons, Todd and Nathan in 1970 and 1972. Dan is survived by; his wife: Kay, his brother: Randy and sister: Kathleen, two sons: Todd and Nathan, 7 grandkids, and 4 great grandkids.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Kansas City for their care and dedication they gave Dan while he needed it.

A visitation for Dan will be held Sunday, February 19, 2023, from 5 to 7pm at Newcomer's White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 North East Antioch Road, Gladstone, Missouri 64119. A committal service will occur Monday, February 20, 2023, at 9am at Leavenworth National Cemetery, 150 Muncie Rd., Leavenworth, Kansas 66048.
