He was born on August 14, 1954, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the son of George C. and Shirley M. (Drew) Perry. Cecil graduated from Winnetonka High School with the Class of 1972.
Cecil was a member of Iron Worker's Local Union #10 Kansas City, Missouri for 31 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing pool, golfing, and bowling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Shirley Perry.
Cecil is survived by his two brothers, Lee Perry and wife Linda of Pleasant Valley, Missouri, Philip Perry and wife Carrie of Joplin, Missouri; one sister, Gail Meador and husband Mark of Liberty, Missouri; many nieces, nephews and friends.
A visitation will be held for Cecil from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, with a Celebration of Life service starting at 2:00 PM at Newcomer's White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, Missouri, 64119.
