Aaron Michael Rhea

Aaron Michael Rhea, 35, was taken from us abruptly and before his time on December 4th, 2023. Aaron was born at St Luke's Hospital in downtown Kansas City to Sam and Jonna Rhea on December 14th, 1987. Most of Aaron’s education took place within the Kearney, MO school system but he finished out school, attending his senior year and graduating from Plattsburg High School as part of the class of 2007. Aaron was never married but had found a partner in Alicia Decosta and together they had their son Alexander; whom Aaron was more proud of than anything else in this world. Aaron had three main places of employment he started at Paradise Meat Locker in Trimble, then made the move to working at the Fairfax GM plant, and then up until his death worked at the Claycomo Ford Assembly Plant.

Aaron lived his life with an emphasis on the good times, doing what he wanted, having fun, and above all loved doing it all with the family and friends that he cared about and loved, and in doing so created many great memories for all the people who were blessed enough to have had him in their life, and forever in their memories of the good times. Aaron enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, camping, riding dirtbikes, and wakeboarding, he loved his KC Chiefs and cheering them on, parties and get-togethers would always light him up, but above all, he loved doing these things with his family and friends and believed it always made those good times better.

Aaron is preceded in death by his father, Sam Rhea.

Aaron is survived by his son, Alexander, his siblings Sean, Nicole, and Nathan, by his mother, Jonna, and in memory by his partner Alicia, as well as, all the family and friends who loved him dearly.

Memorial services will be December 16th, Noon, at Newcomer’s White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Kansas City, MO 64119
