It is with great sadness that we the family announce the passing of Tamar Florence Kipping on Monday, Nov. 24, 2014 at Taigh Na Mara. Formerly of 14 Athlone Street, she was the daughter of the late John and Emily (Wilson) Macintyre.
She is survived by daughter, Nancy McLean; son, Garth (Kilby); granddaughter, Christa McLean; great-grandson, Jeremy; great-granddaughter, Haley; sister, Valerie Timmerman.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband Robert; grandson Robert McLean and son-in-law Melvin McLean.
At Moms request, cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held Thursday November 27,2014 11am in St Mary’s Anglican Church, Glace Bay, with the Rev. Myrna MacMullin officiating.
