Shelley Mae Casey

Born in Kitchener, Ontario she was the daughter of Patrick Casey and the late Rachael (Maidment) Casey.

Shelly was a member of the Salvation Army in Glace Bay. She loved playing her guitar and entertaining her many friends at the Radio Club.

Shelly will be dearly missed by her loving family which includes; father, Patrick Casey, daughters, Taylor (Scott), Jessica (David), precious grandson, Ryder, brother, Sean Casey (Amy), beloved companion and dear friend, Harry Murphy. She will also be missed by her aunt Judy and uncle Bill and uncle Barney and grandmother, Violet Maidment.

She was predeceased by her mother, Rachael Casey.

Visitation for Shelley will take place on Friday, May 27,2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Patten Funeral Home, with funeral service to follow at the Salvation Army Citadel, Union Street, Glace Bay, on Saturday at 11:00 am with Captain Kristian Simms officiating. Following the funeral there will be a reception in the church basement.
