Myron H Meyer

Myron was born on June 29, 1947 in North Platte, Nebraska to Willard and Lucille Meyer. He received his early education in Sidney, graduating from Mitchell High School in 1965. He attended Air College and graduated in 1967.

He entered the U.S. Army July 11, 1966 and was honorably discharged July 10, 1969.

Myron was united in marriage to Mary Kay Jesse on December 29, 1968 in the Mitchell Methodist Church and made their home in Scottsbluff.

He was a member of the Gering United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years Mary Kay Meyer; son Chad (Malissa) Meyer; grandson Cameron Meyer; granddaughter Kadee Meyer; brother Kevyn and Chuck Meyer; sisters Sandy Gompert, Sheryl Bowman and Sharla Willard and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by her son Kenneth; brother Ronald Meyer; father Willard Meyer; grandparents; sister-in-law Ruthie and father-in-law Kenneth Jesse.
