Ronald "Ronny" Lee Nunn

Ronny was born October 20, 1963 in Georgetown, Texas to Lawrence and Juanita Nunn. He grew up in Georgetown with his older sister and brother. As a kid he enjoyed fishing at the San Gabriel Park with his dad and playing Little League baseball.

Ronny married his high school sweetheart Vickie Jane Moore. They became the proud parents of Brandi Nicole and Britni Leigh.

Not only was Ronny a proud dad but an even prouder grandpa. Spending time out on the lake kayaking and fishing was something he loved. His daughters and granddaughters have wonderful memories of going fishing and camping. Ronny also enjoyed watching his daughters and granddaughters play sports and cheer.

Ronny and Vickie adopted Berro from an animal shelter and he loved his Sunday morning ride with Ronny in the truck to go get breakfast.

He began driving an 18-wheeler at age 17. He spent the last 30 plus years working for FedEx Freight. Cross-country driving was his favorite.

Surviving Ronny is his wife Vickie Jane Moore Nunn, daughter Britni Leigh (Cameron) Weaver, granddaughters Jessica Alff and Kayla Weaver, mother-in-law Charlsie Moore, siblings Donna (Dwayne) Hooks and Ricky Nunn, nephews Christopher Nunn and Daniel Nunn, niece Abigail Moore, sister-in-law Cheryl Moore (Steve Howell), brother-in-law Danny (Janet) Moore, and Sarah Rogers a loved member of our family. Ronny has a large extended family that he loved spending time with as well as many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Juanita Nunn, daughter Brandi Nicole Nunn, and father-in-law Harold Moore.

Pallbearers are Cameron Weaver, Chris Nunn, Daniel Nunn, Danny Moore, Steve Agee, and Bud Snapka.

Visitation will be 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday, February 2, 2024 at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home.
