Pat Jones

Patricia Ann Becker Jones (Pat Jones) of the Indian Mound Ranch in Liberty Hill, Texas, passed away in her bed with her dog and a smile on her face. She died as she lived her life, on her own term s in the early morning hours of July 24, 2013. Pat was proud of her heritage being a descendant of, William B. Travis and John Butler Bonham and of her home, Indian Mound Ranch. The Indian Mound Ranch established by her family in 1873 and will celebrate its 140th year as a Texas family ranch on September 14, 2013. She was a Daughter of the Republic of Texas, the United Daughters of the Confederacy and an active member of the Garden Club in Liberty Hill, Texas. Born September 15, 1944 in Houston, Texas

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Allye B. Whitehead Becker and Francis Charles Becker, Sr. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Clarence Jones; her daughters, Terri Jones Hanley and husband Craig and Susan Jones Anderson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Aubrey Cantrell, Savannah Anderson, Allison Cantrell, Dallas Anderson and Kenneth Alexander.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Whitehead Cemetery on The Indian Mound Ranch in Liberty Hill.

Serving as pallbearers will be Aubrey Cantrell, Kenneth Alexander, Dallas Anderson, Aubrey Stewart, Clint Hambrick and Frank Stewart.
