Kenneth Dale Alexander

Kenneth graduated from Llano High School in 1953. Upon graduating from high school, Kenneth served as a Marine from January 1954 to January 1956. He worked at Texas Crushed Stone from May 7, 1963 to November 24, 1997. Kenneth loved his family and enjoyed being around them. He loved fish frys, deer steak and woodworking projects. His sweet tooth was well known and ice cream was his favorite. After retiring, Kenneth and his Doris enjoyed traveling, cruising and camping with their grandchildren.

Kenneth is survived by wife, Doris Alexander of Georgetown, Texas; three sons, Terry Alexander, Tim Alexander and wife Lisa and George Dinger and wife Cindy; two sisters, Annie Belle Ramsey and husband Jerry and Patsy Thomas and husband Kelley; sister-in-law, JoAnn Alexander; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Carrie Alexander; wife, Norma Jean Alexander; and brother, Calvin Newton Alexander.

The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Tow Cemetery in Tow, Texas.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth DeWayne Alexander, Wes Dinger, Brandon Burditt, Aubrey Cantrell, Jeff Thomas and Blake Thomas.
