Genevieve (Jeri) Eleanor Johnson, age 102, was born in Toronto, Canada on February 7, 1922. She was the first female Royal Canadian mounted police-woman and was sworn in during WWII.
Her favorite destinations were Las Vegas, Florida, and Hawaii. She traveled to these destinations often throughout her life. Jeri loved every day of her life.
Jeri was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Johnson. She is survived by her son David Johnson (Carol), grandsons Scott (Allison) and Chris (Tiffany), and four great grandchildren.
She will be interred with Gordon in the Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.
