Bobbie Jo Hernandez

She was born to Cheryl and Charlie McKenrick, January 18, 1975, in Camanche, Iowa. She and her family moved to Georgetown in 1986. Bobbie graduated from Georgetown High School in 1993, where she met and later married her high school sweetheart, Richard Hernandez, on June 17, 2000. The family resided in Georgetown until moving out in the country within the Jarrell ISD five years ago.

Bobbie was a proud supporter of her four children and all of their activities. If she was not attending their events or working, she enjoyed spending her time reading, watching movies and playing games. She was employed by Best Buy in Georgetown for the last 7 years.

Bobbie is preceded in death by her mother, Cheryl McKenrick.

Bobbie is survived by her husband Richard and their four children: Katelyn, Mikeala, Ricky and Alex. She also is survived by her father, Charlie McKenrick and sister, Kim Lane, of Camanche, Iowa, and her brother, Bill McKenrick, of Jarrell, Texas.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from six o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening, on Wednesday, the 30th of January 2013, at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas. A funeral service will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, the 31st of January 2013, in the chapel of Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Gravell officiating. Interment will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Georgetown, Texas.

Serving as pallbearers will be Daniel Hernandez, Mario Hernandez, Adrian Hernandez, Jim Colwell, Chris Harville, and John Maddox.
