Tiffany is remembered for her love and devoted commitment to her friends, her family, her dogs, and always wanting to help those in need. She earned her undergraduate degree from UNC-Wilmington, a Masters degree of Neuropsychology from Florida Institute of Technology and a Doctorate of Psychology from the University of Florida. She was an active member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology and practicing provider at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital.
She was passionate about her study of neuropsychology and was always eager to share interesting facts of the human brain. She volunteered countless hours at Stepping Stones Canine Rescue and made many personal sacrifices to help any four legged friend in need. She truly lived life to the fullest and will be remembered for her endless shenanigans.
Tiffany is reunited with her brother, Christopher Cummings, and is survived by her mother, Glenda Cummings, father, Leonard Cummings, grandmother, Ruby Rippy, cousin, Vinson Kemp, and canine companions, Emmy and Charlie.
A celebration of life service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Carothers Funeral Home at Gaston Memorial Park.
The family would like to specially recognize all her friends, co-workers and fellow dog lovers who impacted her life including her close childhood friends from Marion and Gastonia, classmates and roommates from UNC Wilmington including her professor and mentor, Dr. Puente, graduate fellows from FIT and UF, co-workers from Wake Forest Baptist and cohort of friends across Winston Salem and the rest of the nation.
