Sherese, Lisa and Leslie, When I saw what you posted Lisa, I was so very sad for all of you and of course your Mom's husband and all her grandchildren..  I immediately called my mom and we reminisced about so many times when we were all growing up and seeing you guys at Cracker Barrel. People would call our house asking for Peggy and it wasn't for my Mom(Peggy) it was for your Mom. They had the same name and our phone numbers were one number apart..good memories. Please know that we love you all and stay strong and close to one another while dealing with your loss.

I miss you Nana. I know God was ready for you to leave this world, but no one else was. It still feels like this can't possibly be real sometimes. I look at your picture and think 'you're not gone, it's just in my head' You were always, always there for me and you were the best grandmother anyone could ever imagine. I wish I could tell you that now. Thank you for putting music and singing in my heart. You will never be forgotten. As a mother, as a wife, as a grandmother, as an aunt, as a cousin, sister in law, friend, both mental & physical health counselor, neighbor, Sundayschool teacher, support system, and ex co-worker. I love you.

I love you so much momma.  Your life touched hundreds of people as shown through the many kind words and thoughts we heard today.  You will be missed by so many. I worked with her at Eckerds Drug on york Rd. Many years ago .

Floyd, Curtis and I are so sorry to hear that your sweet precious wife passed away! We had such a nice time talking with you 2 at McDonald's at West Walmart few months ago. She was such a sweet lady!

I have enjoyed getting to know Mrs. Peggy over the last few years at Woodlawn Baptist Church.  She was one of my son's preschool Sunday School teachers, and he loved her so much.  He always had to wave at her during the service and run up to her and give her hugs. She was such a sweet, loving, and kind lady and a true blessing.  Prayers are with all the family that God may comfort you and give you peace.

I am so surprised to learn of Peggy's death! I have loved her forever! We spent several decades together in the ER and will meet her again in the ever after

I am so sorry to know Aunt Peg is no longer with us but I do know she has joined Grandma Myrtle in Heaven to start her New Year.  I know it will be a difficult time for all of you to adjust to life without her here.  She was a very special lady.  I am so glad I got to see her & spend a little time with her on Nov. 21 & 22. I am so sorry. I have so many memories of Peggy. She did so much to help me in life, I will never forget her.
