Our beloved Mercy, was called to Heaven on February 7, 2022 at the age of 78. She was born in Bridgeport, CT on April 30, 1943 and raised in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida and lastly resided in NC.

She is survived by her beloved and cherished family, a brother, Samuel P. Riscile Sr, Son Charles D Capps Jr. Daughter in-law Lynda Capps, Daughter Deborah Sawyer and Son in law Michael Sawyer. She had 4 loving step children, 17 grandchildren, great-grands, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Her ashes will be scattered with her devoted husband William O. Wiley, Sr. at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens in Brandon, FL followed by a private dedication at Bradenton Beach.

Mercy was a very special lady that gave us all much love, friendship, dedication, joy, laughter and delicious family recipes. She will be profoundly missed.
