Jill Clemmer Petzold, 66, of Dallas, NC passed away peacefully on March 1, 2023. Jill was born on April 12, 1956 to Joe & Betty Clemmer of Dallas, NC. Jill graduated from North Gaston High School in 1974 and attended training at Gaston Memorial Hospital for radiology technology. She was employed by Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC for nearly 38 years.
Jill was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Her laugh was contagious with a beautiful smile to match. Jill loved to ski in her younger years and always enjoyed spending time at the beach with her toes in the sand.
Jill is survived by her husband of 35 years Bryan Petzold of Dallas; mother Betty Clemmer of Dallas; daughter Noelle Agnew of Wilmington; son Jason Spurrier of Kings Mountain; son Ethan Petzold of Denver; brother Jody Clemmer and wife Marissa Clemmer of Gastonia; grandchildren Jake & Declan Spurrier and Ryatt Agnew.
Receiving of friends and family will be held from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Friday, March 10, 2023 at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 725 Gastonia Technology Pkwy, Dallas, NC with the memorial service beginning at 12:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Alzheimer’s Association.
