Irene Coleman Robertson

Mrs. Robertson formerly attended Berryhill Baptist Church, Charlotte.

Mrs. Robertson is survived by three daughters: Sharon Payne and husband Bill of Mt. Holly, Patricia Davis and husband Doug of Six Mile, South Carolina, Sheila Polk and husband Brady of Gastonia; two sons: Bobby Christenbury of Kannapolis, Michael Robertson of Gastonia; one brother: Ralph Coleman and wife Ruth of Stanley; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 P. M. to 4:00 P. M. Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Carothers Funeral Home, Gastonia.

Memorial services will be 4:00 P.M. Saturday at The Colonial Chapel of Carothers Funeral Home, Gastonia with the Rev. Elise Kennedy officiating.

Interment will be private and at a later date.

Mrs. Robertson was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Hubert Robertson; two sisters: Leona Volger, Doris Coleman; five brothers: Leonard Coleman, Jerry Coleman, Julius Coleman, Robert Coleman, Jr., Lawrence Coleman.
