Grace went on to marry Dorman Fowler who served in the Air Force. She traveled with Dorman in the Air Force and worked with Civil Services and Accounting overseas and back in the States.
Grace will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and gracious friend to the people she met. She lived her remaining days with The Rojas Family (Mery, Carlos, Roger, and Carla) in Lincolnton, NC and was going to Covenant Church of Lincolnton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by her husband, Dorman Fowler; sons, Dorman JR (Billy) and Robert Fowler.
A receiving of friends for Grace will be held Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Carothers Funeral Home at Gaston Memorial Park, 2205 Williamsburg Drive, Gastonia, NC 28054 with the celebration of life service beginning at 2:00 pm. The committal service will immediately follow at Gaston Memorial Park. Pastor Aaron Grooms of Covenant Church will officiate.
