Edna Jones Webb
June 7, 1922 – August 20, 2013
Edna Jones Webb, 91 passed away on August 20, 2013. She was born June 7, 1922 in Gaston County to the late Zeb and Mary (Evans) Jones.
Edna is survived by three daughters, Cathy Rushing and husband, Tony of Stanley, Trudie Elliott and husband, Perry of Gastonia and Marchele Hogue and husband, Ritchie of Gastonia; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Edith Bowling of Apex, brother, Tommy Jones of Greensboro.
Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Bee Webb, four sons, one brother and one sister.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday at Carothers Colonial Chapel in Gastonia. Burial will follow at Gaston Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
