Denise Joanne Howard, age 69, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023. She was born on June 5, 1954 in Washington, D.C. to the late Shirley and William Howard.
She lived most of her life in Maryland and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2010. In 2011, she moved to Gastonia, NC due to a stroke.
Denise loved fashion and especially cooking. In her hay day she mainly worked as a customer service representative.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to The National Stroke Association.
A celebration of life service for Denise will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 11:00 am at Carothers Funeral Home at Gaston Memorial Park, 2205 Williamsburg Drive, Gastonia, North Carolina 28054.
