Shana Armstrong Smith, age 35 of Fultondale passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2014. She was a resident of Hayden, AL and graduated from Fultondale High School in 1997. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who was very much loved and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her loving family, husband, Rick Smith of Hayden, AL; her mother, Lida Palmer and her husband Chuck; her father, Brad Armstrong and his wife Teresa; sons, Bradyn Smith, Brennan Smith-Calvert, Jordan Stewart, and Logan Vaughn; a daughter, Alexis Calvert; her sister, Jessica Palmer; brothers, Shannon Armstrong, Chris Patterson, Gage Patterson-Armstrong; and a granddaughter on the way; loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel from 5 until 8 PM. Chapel funeral services will be held Thursday beginning at 11 AM and followed with burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
