Sandra Gail Clay

Sandra Gail Clay, age 63, of Pinson, Alabama passed away on April 22, 2020. She was a loving wife, mother, nanny, aunt, sister, daughter and friend. She was loved by all who knew her for her kind heart and selfless ways. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her. She was a member of The Gathering Place Church in Moody, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her Father, John Sistrunk; Step-Father, Thomas Duchock; Grandmother, Clastell Cobb; Nieces, Nicole and Ashlynn Bates; Nephew Jordan Bishop; Father in law, Claude Clay and Brother in law, Fred Clay. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Michael T. Clay; Daughters, Mycalee Stults (Sandon) and Chrystal Sheppard; Mother, Raynell Duchock; Sister Lynn Bishop (Ollis); Grandchildren, Olivia, Mylee, and Michael Stults, Lexie and Kaylie Williams, Charlie Sheppard, and soon to be “Baby Jackson”. As well as several Nieces, Nephews, and other extended family and friends. A private graveside will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 2:00 PM for immediate family. A celebration of life service for Gail will be held at a later date. Pastor Matt Scott officiating.
