Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Prudie Page , her loving husband, Donald "Duck" Smith; two brothers, Burnice Page and Ray Page; two sisters, Linda McCombs and Margaret Rock.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Tanya Smith Mumford and her husband, Earl Mumford III; one brother, Dan Page; two sisters, Dorothy Womack and Judy McCombs, one granddaughter, Elana Mumford; one special niece, Deana Rosato (Charles); and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Celebration of Life Services will be held Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, Gardendale, AL, with a time of visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM; celebration of life service at 11:00 AM, followed by her burial at Liberty Minter Cemetery, 1990 Self Creek Road, Morris, AL.
