She is survived by her son, Ricky G. Williams (Dorothy) of Asheville, NC; daughter-in-law, Kathy S. Williams of Cullman, Alabama; grandchildren, Kelly Brand (Joe) of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, Roy Houston Williams of Florence, Alabama; Katelyn W. Loyd (Justin) of Cullman, Alabama; great grandchildren, Jon Tylor and Jase of Vestavia Hills, Alabama; and extended family members, Glenda Guthrie, Ricky Green, and Darlene Shripsa all of Gardendale, Alabama,

She is preceded in death by her parents; Marshall and Hidee M. Mears; husband, Houston G. Williams; daughter, Phyllis D. Williams; son, Randy K. Williams; and granddaughter, Shonnon D. Williams.

A visitation for Lucille will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, July 14, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. An entombment will occur at Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, Alabama 35071.
