Louise Limbaugh Padgett, was a resident of Pinson, Alabama, for the majority of her life. She was born on July 19, 1923 and she passed away peacefully on March 16, 2018 at the age of 94. Louise loved working in her flower gardens and doing yard work. She was an avid Alabama Fan and enjoyed watching Atlanta Braves baseball. She loved her family dearly and cherished the time she spent with them.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Julie Limbaugh; her loving husband of 45 years, Charles E. Padgett; brothers, Oscar Limbaugh, Jr., Charles A. Limbaugh, and Gene Arnold Limbaugh; sisters, Lois Rockstroh, Margaret Urbie, Sue Smith, and Joanne Limbaugh.
Louise is survived by her daughter Mary Carolyn Jackson and husband, Jesse Jackson of Kennesaw, Georgia; brother, Larry W. Limbaugh and wife Sandy Limbaugh; sisters, Jean Stewart and husband, Joe Stewart, Sara Latham, and Shirley Latham; three grandchildren, Robin Trimbur , Tammy Messier – Lee and husband Mike Lee, and Melissa Adams; nine great grandchildren, Chassity Adams, Jesse Adams, Dacey Adams, Hallie Adams, Railey Adams, Jackson Adams, Bryant “Bear” Trimbur; Dane Messier, and Payton Messier; numerous other family members and a host of friends.
Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 with a visitation to begin at 1:00pm; funeral service at 2:00pm followed by her burial in Hopewell Cemetery, Pinson, Alabama.
