James A. Wilkins, Age 71 passed away on September 15, 2022 in Warrior, AL. He is survived by his wife Joylnn Reynolds, his son Richard (Julie), his daughter, Michelle, his grandchildren Clayton James “CJ” Wilkins and Kylie Wilkins, his brother, Albert Glenn Wilkins (Vicci), his sister, Elizabeth Marie Wilkins Collier, and a host of several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Collie Leroy, his mother, Alice Elizabeth Austin, and his brother, Collie Leroy Jr. He retired from Butler Manufacturing in Birmingham, AL after 30 years of service and Honda Manufacturing Plant in Lincoln, AL, after 10 years of service. Funeral service will be held on Monday September 19th, 2022 at 11:00 am at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel and Graveside service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to funeral service from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Warrior Food Bank provided by Waterstone Church in Warrior, AL
