Born July 15, 1956, went home to be with the Lord on December 26, 2012. Glen retired after 32 years of service from CSX Railroad Company, and was a member of the Dolcito Masonic Lodge #596. He was preceded in death by his father, Mason Carroll. Glen is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Wanda Carroll; 2 sons: James Carroll, Jr. (Jessica) and Charles Carroll (Simmone Bray); 2 daughters: Amanda Gilley (Eric) and LaDonna Baggett (Chris); 2 grandchildren: Mya Carroll and Jameson Carroll; his mother, Catherine Carroll; 3 sisters: Marcia Tucker (Bob), Becky Cook, and Lynn Herring(Ricky); and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Saturday, December 29, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM; with funeral services held on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at the funeral home, beginning at 2:00 PM.
