Geraldine “Faye” Williams of Foley, AL left this earth on August 27, 2019 following a brief illness.
She was born on August 17, 1938 in Jefferson Hospital in Birmingham, AL. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Bart David Williams Jr, her parents Newell and Ethel Pate, and her brother Harold Pate.
She is survived by her son Charles W. Abbott Jr, her daughter Ellen Abbott Gentry, her sister Laurene Ogle, her grandchildren Terry Abbott, Chris Henry, Carrie Gilbreath, Payton Gentry, Makayla Gentry, Kalob Click, Chase Abbott, and six great grandchildren.
Faye enjoyed playing bridge, volunteering with her church Foley United Methodist, and spending time with family and friends.
