Everette, of Mount Olive passed away peacefully at the age of 88. He was a member of the Mount Olive Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by loving wife of 64 years, Annie; parents, Warren T. and Emma Richardson; sister, Bertha Rhoades and a brother, George Richardson. Everette is survived by his daughters, Shelia Poe (Michael) and Marlene Mayfield (Jimmie); grandchildren, Jennifer Mayfield, Jeanie Taylor (Brandon) and David Poe; great granddaughter, Jordan Taylor; brothers, Hugh Morris Richardson and Warren T. Richardson, Jr.
The family would like to thank St. Vincent’s Hospice nurses, Bragan and Carolyn for all their help.
Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Monday, Sept 14th, with a visitation to begin at 1:00; a funeral service at 2:00pm followed by his burial in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
