Elizabeth Ann Hill

Ann was born in Sayre, AL, on January 10th, 1933 to the late Lester Frank Alexander and Verna McElroy Alexander and she passed away in Gardendale, AL, on December 30th, 2015 at age 82. Ann was married to James E. Hill in Mississippi on February 14, 1953, she was a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church, and she graduated from Minor High School. Ann was the owner of Dove Overhead Door Company.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband James E. Hill; daughter, Mary Kay Boike; granddaughter, Elizabeth Grace Boike; and a brother, Robert Alexander.

Ann is survived by two sons, Danny Hill (Melinda) of Fultondale, Jimmy Hill (Regina) of Adamsville, one daughter, Kathy Bellamy (Tim) of Fultondale; five grandchildren, James Hill (Jennifer), Clint Hill (Jennifer), Linsey Lawson (Blake), Haley Taylor (Justin) and Chris Bellamy; four great grandchildren, Andrew and Micah Hill, Paisley Lawson, and Braxton Hill; many other family members and friends.

Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Saturday, January 2nd, 2016 with a visitation to begin at 1:00pm; funeral service at 2:00pm followed by her burial in Hopewell Cemetery in Pinson, AL.
