Elizabeth Duchock Beck

Elizabeth Duchock Beck, 76, Of Gardendale Alabama fell asleep in the Lord on Nov 20, 2020. She was a lifelong member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church in Brookside Alabama. Growing up in Brookside, Elizabeth was a 1962 graduate of Minor High School. A devout and devoted mother and grandmother, she is survived by her son’s Joey Beck ( Holly Beck) and Ricky Beck , grandchildren Emily Beck Joey Beck Jr, Brother John Duchock, and Sister Katheryn Meisner

Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Monday 11/23 from 3:00—6:30pm with a Parastas Service for the Departed, beginning at 6:30pm. The Funeral service will be held at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church in Brookside, Al. on Tuesday 11/24 at 10am followed by Graveside service at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Brookside. A mercy meal will be served at St. Nicholas Church’s Parish Hall following the burial.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, masks are required for all services and visitation.

In Lieu of Flowers, Elizabeth asked that donations be made to St Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church where they will be shared with the Church and alms given to the International Orthodox Christian Charities in her memory.
