Deborah I. Richardson

Deborah was loving and devoted sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. She loved to dance to the oldies and goodies, collect fun cookie jars, knit beanies with bright colors and playing cards with her grandchildren. She also loved her dog Remington.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Irene May Tyson; her loving husband of 43 years, Robert Wesley Richardson; one brother, Robert Tyson; one sister, Jackie Hamilton, and two brothers-in-law, Billy Sanders and Roy Roberson.

Deborah is survived by her sons, John Richardson (Kelly) and James Richardson (Anita); brothers, Roger Tyson (Debbie) and Randall Tyson (Sandy); brother-in-law, David Hamilton; sisters, Ann Sanders, Daphne Roberson, Marilyn Winters (Charles), Susan Preston (Les), Beverly Crider (Allen), and Deanna Mathews (Joe); grandchildren; Samantha Richardson Tabitha Richardson, Dylan Richardson, Ashley Richardson, Blake Ashcraft, and James Ashcraft; many other family members and friends.

Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with a visitation on Sunday, November 1, 2020 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm; a funeral service on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 11:00am, followed by her burial at Liberty Minter Cemetery in Morris, AL.
