Carolyn a resident of Fultondale, AL, was born on Friday, June 4th, 1971 and passed away on Thursday, January 16th, 2014 at the age of 42. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Laverne Wood; brother, Chris Wood and a sister, Sherry Wood. Carolyn is survived by her two sons, Jonathon Madison (Erica) and Shane Madison (Valanda), brother, Teddy Wood (Linda); five grandchildren, Hayden Madison, William Madison, Colten Madison, Ashlyn Madison and Abriella Madison, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
All services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Monday, January 20th, 2014 with a visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am with a funeral service to begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow in Walker Chapel Cemetery.
