Billy Hudson Tumlin, Age 94, went to be with his loving wife, Ann, of 64 years and his eternal father on October 4, 2022. He was a lifetime fitter/welder fabricator who lived in Warrior his entire life. Having been active in many organizations in Warrior, he was considered a fixture in the Warrior community. He loved God, square dancing, his families, being at home, his church and the Warrior Senior Center. He was preceded in death by his mother, Roxie, his father, Harve, his wife, Ann, all his brothers and sisters and a daughter-in-law, Melba. He is survived by his three sons; Butch (Cathy), Richard, Jay (Renee), Six grandchildren; Tamara Higgins (Jay), Ashley Moody (Coleman), Brandon Tumlin (Dee), Misty Kerns (Brandon), Amanda McManus and Mallory Sims, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Services will be Friday, October 7, 2022, at Ridout's Gardendale, 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Al 35071, with visitation at 1:00pm with the services to follow at 2:00.
Billy will be laid to rest in Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, AL 35071.
