Steven Daniel Mark, 64 of Garden Grove, California died peacefully at home surrounded by his family and friends on January 18, 2021, after a lengthy illness.
Originally from Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, the family moved here in 1965. He became a rudimentary drummer for the Grenadier Drum and Bugle Corp of Garden Grove and developed his musical skills.
He loved the church choir and spent many years singing at St. Polycarp and St. Columban Catholic Churches. He will always be remembered for his passion for music, trains, planes, boats and cars and a wide diversity of entrepreneurship and engineering.
He is survived by his mother Pat Mark, sister Louise Obester (Alan), nieces Misty and Patricia Obester (Stephen Buchholz) and great nieces Samantha and Melanie Obester.
