Peggy was born on November 4, 1936 in Columbus to the late Charles and Ethel Whethall. She enjoyed racing with her husband Jim and entire family. Peggy worked for many years as a florist and making wedding cakes. She enjoyed camping, family, and especially watching all of her grand kids and great grandkids. Peggy is preceded in death by her loving husband Jim McCauley and daughter-in-law Kyra McCauley. She is survived by children, Bonnie Adkins, Jimmy (Kim) McCauley, Sam McCauley, Tom (Joni) McCauley and Theresa (Bob) Cumbow; 7 grandchildren, Jason, Zac, Natalie, Nici, Kayla, Patrick and Nathan; 6 great grandchildren, Olivia, Treyden, Taylor, Ethan, Owen, Ian and Piper; sister, Betty (Dean) Stookey and Pauline Haggy along with numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 4-6pm at Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 East Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230; followed by a memorial service at 6pm.
