Linda J. Wilson was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She left this world peacefully on November 20th, 2024 at Mount Carmel East Hospital surrounded by her family after an extended illness.
Linda was born to Edna and Gerald Hanley on May 18th, 1948, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition to being a huge Steelers fan, Linda loved the arts – especially music, quilting, and painting. She is remembered by her husband of 57 years Robert (Bob) Wilson, daughter Susan (Susie), and her grandchild Tessa.
A viewing for Linda will be held at Schoedinger Northeast in Gahanna, OH on Monday, November 25th, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held the following day, Tuesday, November 26th, at 12:00pm at St. Matthew the Apostle Church in Gahanna. The burial and prayer service will take place in Pittsburgh on Saturday, November 30th, 2024 at 12:00pm at Christ The Redeemer Cemetery in the chapel.
