Linda Lou Sowards, 69, of Johnstown, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 22, 2023. Linda was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 29, 1953 to Leonard Riddle Sr. and Mary Riddle.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Amie (Adam) Foust; son Eddie Beggrow; grandsons Oliver and Owen Foust; brothers, Leonard and Donald Riddle, and best friend, her dog Trevor.
Linda spent over 30 years working for the Ohio department of job and family services. She retired in 2004. Most of all Linda was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed traveling with her friends and doing arts and crafts with her grandsons. As an avid dog lover she competed in numerous rally competitions with her golden doodle Aussie. In her downtime she loved to paint and listen to her late husbands music.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 11-12pm at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna, Ohio. A Funeral Service will begin at 12pm. Interment to follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
