Glenn H. Bradford Jr.

Glenn Harold Bradford Jr., 65, passed away on December 26, 2023. He was born on November 25, 1958, to Glenn Harold Bradford Sr. and Helen Marie (Disbennett) Bradford in Columbus, Ohio. Glenn graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School as part of the Class of 1977. After graduation, he worked for Wonder Bread as Production Manager for 27 plus years.

Glenn never took anything too seriously. His Grandchildren said he always had cheesy jokes and he was so funny. One of his Grandchildren called him the “silly Grandpa”. They remember him for his goody bags he would always show up with. He rarely missed any of his kids sporting events and loved bragging about them any chance he got. He was an avid Steelers and Michigan fan. He could be found fishing for Walleye on Lake Erie, Saugeye at Hoover, and other central Ohio Lakes. He loved watching NASCAR. Glenn was an All-State Linebacker at Gahanna Lincoln High School, where he was known as “Captain Crunch.” He was part of the 1976 Football State Runner-Up team and earned a Full Ride Athletic Scholarship for football to Marshall University.

Glenn is preceded in death by his parents, Glenn Harold Bradford Sr. and Helen Marie (Disbennett) Bradford.

Left to cherish his memory are his brothers Mark Bradford (Sadie) and Toney Bradford (Carma); son Justin Bradford; daughters Heather Ivery (Skip) and Jennifer Green (Scott); and grandchildren Haileigh Bradford and Payton Bradford, Madison Ivery, Kennedy Ivery, and Monroe Ivery, and Brooks Green.

Friends and family are encouraged to come celebrate Glenn’s life at his visitation, Wednesday, January 3 from 4pm-7pm at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST, 1051 East Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230.
