     Growing up, my brother, sister, and I spent numerous summers in the loving homes of our aunts and uncles. We became close to our cousins and learned to love one another as siblings. This has remained through the years. I, being a little older than the others, recall so many wonderful childhood memories, and some a little scary, such as the time I ran screaming when the young boys, Gary, Rodney, Larry, and Guy, brought a jar of snakes into the house. 
     Now, we hold on to and cherish the memories of our adulthood. Gary, one of the little boys holding the jar of snakes I ran from, became the man I confided in and looked to for advice. He and those who have gone before him will remain in my heart until we unite again, forever resting in the Arms of God.

Dear Gary, I met you 3 years ago and you immediately became  like a grandfather for me. You treated me as part of your family, and I feel very honored about it. Now, I lost more than a friend, I lost a part of my family...Yet, I will always treasure your kindness, your simple and genuine way of being so affectionate to me. I will miss you  so much. Thank you so much for your friendship, may you rest in peace. Goodbye my friend. 

I really enjoyed my time with Gary, he was a steady friend who had a very keen understanding of human nature from coming across so many different types of people in his law practice.  Very sorry to see him go, he will be missed.

My favorite memories of Gary Lee are the times we spent together with each other and our other cousins and aunts and uncles at Camp Luella Mae. Swimming in the pool with Junior as our lifeguard , playing cards in the big house , having a great Sunday dinner with Aunt Eileen blessing all the food , and as teenagers staying in the girl cabin and the boys next door in the boy cabin!! I miss those good old days. May Gary rest with Jesus and have a great family reunion in heaven. Sincere sympathy to  all the family  in this difficult time. Love, Bonny

Donna and Family - It was my honor and privilege to work with Gary these last few years. He was always a gentlemen as well as a scholar. He made Kephart Fisher a better firm by his presence and wisdom. We will sorely miss him. We have received many calls and emails from his clients expressing their sorrow at his passing. He was so proud of the recent family trips to Italy and Scotland; trips which I am so glad he got to make. Our hearts go out to the entire Jones Family at this difficult time.
