Cynthia L. King, known to most as Cindy, passed away with her family by her side on Friday, November 25, 2022, at the age of 58. She was born in Columbus, Ohio in June of 1964, to her parents Thomas and Susan (nee McFadden) Bryan, who survive her.
Cindy was known for her quiet nature and helping hands, she was very supportive of family.
Throughout her life, she enjoyed playing sports (basketball, softball, field hockey) and loved watching her daughters play their favorite sports too.
She enjoyed a good game of Clue (because she usually won), a game of cards, and about any word game since she was really smart. Cindy was very artistic, she could draw, paint, do woodworking, pottery, graphic design, photography, and stained glass. She was a successful, self-employed business woman and truly cared about the needs of her clients.
Cindy is survived by and will be deeply missed by her husband of 31 years, Matthew King, and their children, Kelli and Megan, as well as son-in-law Kyle and 4 Grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Chris (Marcia), Vicki (Greg), Val (John), Greg (Kim), Thomas J. (Emily), and April (Gary), and a lot of nieces and nephews, as well as some great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 5-8pm at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna. Family and friends are invited for remarks at 7:30pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, December 6, at 11 at Church of the Ascension, 555 S. Main St., Johnstown. Interment will follow at Eastview Cemetery.
