Cathy is preceded in death by her husband Terry E. Bourne, her parents, siblings, son Enos Larry Jr., son-in-law Jim Jennings and grandson James Valentine. She is survived by her devoted children Robin (and the late Jim) Jennings, Lisa Rene (Dale) Reese, Chris (Michele) Stockum, Tracy (Ryan) Mann, Terry O'Neil, her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many friends.
In her early years, Cathy found fulfillment in her work at a local hospital in Pennsylvania before moving on to the secretarial profession. Later in life she excelled in the intricate art of glove sewing, a craft she pursued with passion and precision. Her greatest fulfillment stemmed from dedicating over 40 years of her life to the service industry, finding joy in her role as a waitress where she connected with people from all walks of life and fulfilled their needs with a warm smile and a kind word. During that time, she also found herself in the spotlight, captivating audiences with her melodious voice as she took to the stage alongside a local band. Her soulful vocals resonated with all who listened.
A woman of deep faith, Cathy's love for her Heavenly Father and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was the guiding force in her life. Her devotion to her Christian beliefs was evident in her actions and interactions with others. She found solace and strength in one of her favorite Bible verses Philippians 4:13 KJV, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me" which reminds us that even in the most desperate of times, the strength of God will lead us through until once again, we see each other in Heaven.
