What a beautiful lady and a loss for all who knew her. I believe I know her through Joanne Price who we lost many years ago. It’s probably been close to 30 years that I’ve known her always she was always  referring people to my business which was very much appreciated. Alexis and I met 35=years ago…as an  a designer with Hatteras Yachts. We i immediately hit if off…as were are both Aries....watch out men! She was my older sister..til the day I die… we loved each other…without a doubt!  Will miis her everyday until we see each other in heaven.  I love you Alexis!

I met Alexis over 30 years ago when I was in my twenties.  I can’t exactly put into words what she meant to me.  She had a profound impact on me, her wonderful giving spirit taught me at a young age how important it was to give back to the community, even if it was in a small way.  I instilled those same important beliefs with my children starting with Charity Newsies.  I recently shared with her my appreciation for her setting a wonderful example of how to give without expectation & fanfare. Alexis responded by saying if everyone would be kind & give back what a great world this would be. She will be dearly missed by me.  We shared a special bond.

Alexis was a wonderful woman.   She was so great to work for.  I loved her like a sister. I have known her for over 25 years.  I will miss her greatly.

CFAA was always my favorite auction to attend throughout the years.   Even as a small, independent dealer they always made me feel like family.   Their kindness and generosity was unparalleled whether it be receiving Cheryl’s Cookies for Christmas, attending countless concerts or those amazing sporting events.   The annual Christmas parties and the William Jacobs Memorial Golf outings were always first class and so very memorable.  
Alexis was always there to put the dealers FIRST!  Whether it be her ever popular “Float Sale” or her “In house financing” she constantly looked for ways to improve the dealer experience while constantly helping them in any way possible.  Her generosity helped many small dealers like myself to grow and prosper over the years and she always had time to ask how things were going. She was truly an amazing person with incredible drive and determination.  Thank you Alexis for all of your care and generosity and most importantly for all the treasured memories I will forever hold close to my heart!  You will be greatly missed by all of us.  

Alexis was a charitable lady, gracious and very brave, too.  Not everyone whose lives she bettered deserved her generosity.  No matter.  It was her mission, and for that she should be remembered with love and admiration.  May this innovator and mentor to many rest in peace.

What a great lady I got to know. She was always a class act, you can tell by how well she treated her employees.   You will be missed dearly

Alexis was truly an icon in the auction world but also in the city of Columbus. I have so many found memories of her but one that stands out was when she was able to attend the NAAA Conference while I was NAAA President and was awarded a GOAT Plaque as one of the Greatest Of All Time in our industry.  She is without a doubt the Greatest Of All Time and it was truly an honor and a privilege to be in the same business in the same state as her.  You will be missed Alexis but NEVER Forgotten.   

I have known Alexis for over 40 years as a customer selling cars and trucks  working for local Dealerships and as a representative with a local Bank. Alexis was a personal  friend of my wife and of myself. Alexis will be missed very much.

I have had the honor of calling Alexis a friend for the past 10 years. She is truly one of the most amazing ladies I’ve ever known.  She had the largest heart of any person I know. She’ was so giving and so caring for others.  she will be truly missed by many friends who she  considered family. May she Rest In Peace
